中文摘要 | 利用高壓液體進行擠壓成形技術之構想始於一八九三年Robertson的專利,之後,相關技術及基礎研究相繼進行,在50年代後半起,蘇聯、英國、美國等盛行此一技術之基礎研究,乃至1970年代,冷間靜液壓擠壓製程技術工業化,甚至1000℃以上的熱間靜液壓擠壓技術進行研究與開發。本文將從靜液壓擠壓成形製程的介紹作開始,說明靜液壓擠壓成形製程特色、相關設備、可應用之材料、相關製程參數及應用情形。 |
英文摘要 | It is well known hydrostatic extrusion is a nearly-ideal lubricated extrusion. Its advantages have been demonstrated by laboratory research in the past two decades, yet many manufacturers, however, still hesitate to adopt the technology in their plants. Their hesitation is certainly due to the lack of exact information on the process and its equipment and also to their unfamiliarity with the actual method of operation. This paper is intended to be an introduction on hydrostatic extrusion, a multi disciplinary technology involving the forming process of materials, tri-biology, high pressure engineering and so forth. |
