中文摘要 | 國營事業歷經數十年的經營,對國家經濟的貢獻宏遠。本研究希探討國營事業中階主管之領導風格,是否會因個人內外控信念,而影響到權力與領導風格。故由經濟部專業人員研究中心舉辦「國營事業中階主管培訓班」之各期學員中,隨機抽取36人為樣本,以共變數分析法,探討發現國營事業中階主管權力運用之順序與傳統文化之要求相似,較著重於合法權、獎賞權、而專家權、資訊權、參考權等較次,關聯權、懲罰權共更在最後。由此觀之,國營事業中階主管宜提升個人之專業素養,藉資訊交流,成為部屬仰慕之領導人,使參考權、資訊權、專家權為權力運作之首項,俾迎向現代企業經營環境之挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | The enterprise of MOEA(Ministry of Economic Affairs)have supported the economy growth in the past. The study found that there is no difference on the power and leadership between which two kind belief of the middle level manager. They have focused on the legitimate, reward power that according with the request of traditional culture;and the export, information, reference, connection, coercive power and the least. Therefore, the modern managers should present their professional skills, interactive with followers that with the veneration of subordinate and the challenge in the world. |
