中文摘要 | 管件徑向擠伸製程常用來製造高強度及高韌性的管狀機械零件,由於在擠伸製程時,材料同時發生徑向內側與外側流動,致使不易控制其側向流動之尺村,而造成多餘廢料或充填不足等現象,並有形成缺陷之虞。本文提出以優力膠環作材料往徑向外側流動之彈性拘束,促使材料增加往徑向內側流動之成份,以有效控制其側向流動之尺寸。本文以DEFORM-2D套裝軟體作為改善方案之製程模擬,模擬結果證實本文所提以優力膠環做管件徑向擠伸製程之改善,確實有成效。 |
英文摘要 | The process of radial-extrusion is often used to make tubular components with high strength and toughness. The material flows inwardly and outwardly simultaneously, and therefore results in the difficulty in controlling the shape and size. Also, the appearance of a flaw and extra flash or unfilling would be found for higher reductions. In this study, the shape and flaw is improved effectively when the Ulin ring is used as spring restraint on the outward flowing, which results in the increase in inward flowing to improve the dimension effectively. In this paper, the DEFORM-2D software would be used for the process simulation. As result of simulation, it has been proved that the Ulin ring could improve the process of tubular radial-extrusion effectively. |
