中文摘要 | 本文主要針對風機與鰭片之間距或風機與風機之間距,抽風或送風通過等之配置 對通過鰭片間之空氣分佈,及盤管之高寬比等對鰭片式熱交換器(盤管)性能之影響,進行 一系列之測試分析。經研究與分析之結果,送風通過配置者,風機與鰭片間之間距值至少須 大於風機渦殼長度及風輪基圓之一半,介於風機渦殼長度值之間,對兩側間之熱交換、壓降 等具有較良好的效果;抽風通過配置者則影響較小。雙風機配置結構者兩風機間之間距值( e )應取值 e ≧ 2D ( D 為吸入口風輪基圓值), 風機與邊側間之間距值( d )應取值 d ≒ D,單風機配置結構者取值 D ≧ d ≧ 0.8D 時始具有較佳之結果。盤管之高寬比無論 是送風通過、抽風通過其高寬比最好保持在 1:2 間。 此外,排片數及表面風速愈多或愈高 時通過盤管之壓降愈大。 |
英文摘要 | A study of the space between blower and fins or between the twin blowers, the air distribution that is blowthrough or draw-through, and the aspect ratio of coil face area towards the effect of performance of fin type heat exchanger (also called coil) is proposed. To achieve better performance for heat transfer rates and pressure, for the blow-through system, the distance between the blower and fins at least has to be larger than half of the longitude length of blower volute or inlet wheel diameter, and lower than the longitude length of blower volute. For the draw-through system, those effect factors will be lower. For twin blowers type, the distance between the two blowers (e) is taken e ≧ 2D (D is the inlet wheel diameter), and the distance between the blower and fins (d) is taken d ≒ D, for single blower type, the d value is taken at about D ≧ d ≧ 0.8D. No matter blow-through or draw-through for a coil, the aspect ratio of coil face area has to be maintained between 1:2. Besides, the number of tube rows is more, and the face velocity of coil is higher, the pressure drop will also be larger. |
