中文摘要 | 本報告係有關於一種多齒狀旋轉切刀刃口硬面製作技術,所指旋轉切刀是一滾筒 狀、表面等間距分佈著齒形剪刃口。 本開發採用具低釋率特性的 PTA 銲覆製程,桿層重疊 接續被覆整個筒面, 且作兩層堆積獲得所要硬面層厚度:研究中 Co-Cr-W-C 合金堆銲厚度 達 6mm,具低稀穩率、可控制穩定硬度、品質優良之本質。本項旋轉切刀刃口硬面製作技術 ,尚有間化銲前加工和銲後刃口成形銑削的效益,已成功製作成工業用品。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is about the manufacturing techniques of hard deposit applied on the rotor cutter which has tens of knives on the surface. These knives of the cutter are posited on the rotor surface with equal distance. The PTA welding process has low dilution characteristic. It was applied to deposit Co-Cr-W-C alloy on the roll surface. The welding passes were continuously deposited to whole surface of the roll, and two layers of deposit were completed to obtain the designed thickness which is more than 6mm. The deposit has low dilution, it can be controlled to obtain the designed hardmess and free of crack defects. This manufacturing techniques also let the machining work before and after welding become more easy. Now we have the ability to produce the rotor cutters. |
