中文摘要 | 當應用田口方法( Taguchi Methods )必須考慮產品之多重品質特性且其若干品 質特性之因子水準組合發生衝突情形時,要判斷其因子水準最佳組合是極為不易。因此,要 得到產品最佳化之整體品質更為困難。 本文利用熵( entropy )測度求得多重品質之權重 ,並以兩次灰色關聯分析決策法解決多重品質特性衝突之最佳化問題外,亦同時解決因子水 準最佳組合及產品整體品質之最佳化。本文並以 IC 製程最佳化實例來驗證本法之可行性及 有效性。 |
英文摘要 | When the multi-response quality characteristics of a product need to be considered and the combined levels of factors for some quality characteristics are conflicting in Taguchi Methods, it is very difficult to decide optimal combined levels and to obtain the optimal overall product quality. In this paper, the weights of multi-response quality characteristics are determined by the entropy method, and two replications of applying grey relational analysis are used to solve the conflicting problems of multi-response quality characteristic problems and to optimize the combined levels of factors as well as the overall quality of a product. Finally, an IC manufacturing process experiment is used to illustrate and verify the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
