中文摘要 | 本文之目的乃藉由文獻回顧與實驗結果,瞭解臭氧應用於冷卻水之水質控制和節 水率提升之可行性。在節水率方面,臭氧處理一般約可減少 22% ∼ 66% 的排水量。另外, 在水質控制方面,本研究在實驗室中,以自來水為冷卻水源,探討臭氧對腐蝕與碳酸鈣結垢 之抑制效果。 試驗結果顯示,當臭氧殘餘濃度維持在 0.05 ∼ 0.1mg/l 時,對於腐蝕與碳 酸鈣結垢的抑制效果較佳。然而,臭氧殘餘濃度維持在 0.8 ∼ 1.2mg/l 時,亦可減少金屬 試片表面碳酸鈣結垢的生成。 |
英文摘要 | From the literature survey and the results of experiments, this article was intended to investigate the possibility of application of ozone for cooling water quality control and water saving. As to water savings, 22 ∼ 66% of blowdown could be saved when the cooling towers were supplied with ozone. In the experimental study, tap water was selected as cooling water make-up and the effects of ozone on corrosion inhibition and CaCO �� scale formation were investigated. Results indicated that corrosion and the formation of CaCO �� scale were inhibited when the residual ozone concentration was in the range of 0.05 ∼ 0.1 mg/l. In addition, when the residual ozone concentration was in the range of 0.8 ∼ 1.2 mg/l, it also reduced the formation of CaCO �� scale on the surface of metal coupons. |
