中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是探討職工體適能表現與日常規律運動生活習慣的相關性。主要研究動機是鑑於體適能水準影響生產效率,為促進提高生產力,則必須強化體適能,要強化與推展體適能能力與活動,瞭解職工適能生活為第一要務。根據本研究結果發現日常規律運動習慣是維持與強化健康體適能主要方法與途徑,從事體適能運動後,其登階體能指數即明顯提升,身體質量指數亦趨下降,這些現象對身體健康皆為正向有意的發展。此外,吸菸習慣是影響身體健康與體適能發展的負面因素,是維護健康體適能必須避免的生活習慣。 程改革不僅要求新,同時也需要注意到新舊教材銜接、師資傳承、與設備汱舊換新方面的問題。(3)教科書編審制度嚴謹,包括「訂頒新課程標準、編輯、審定、選用、印發、起用」等周全的流程。同時,教科書印刷品質與編輯內容之精緻,值得我們學習。(4)技術(科技)教育「實踐性的教學活動」本質並未改變;強調「做中學」的課程特色。(5)電腦資訊與環境保護課程內容愈加重要。(6)工藝類課程內容縮減是無法挽回的趨勢。(7)以可行有趣單元教思積成為課程主體,彌補課程理論架構缺乏實際臨床可行性的不足。(8)如何發學生創意將成為科技教育學研考討論的新課題。(9)小學科技教育師資培育有「缺乏科系負責」的顧慮。 %的變異量。 本研究根據Bruner兩式思考理論,結合上述筆測與晤談資料分析研判,提出師院生兩種思考方式之取向模式,並根據研發從研究過程、科學教學、及學術研究,對師資培育與科學教育提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the occupational works' physical fitness and regular exercise. There were 338 volunteers participated in this study, and accepted physical fitness testing for three times during the period of study. All of them were educated by health physical fitness speech at eh beginning of the study. The levels of physical fitness may effect the factory production. In order to promote the work's produced ability, the most important point is to improved the individual physical fitness by the regular exercise. Another critical factor is the habit of cigarette smoking that decrease their health and physical fitness. ased models of instuction are more polular. (e)Curriculum contents will enhance information technology and enviroment controls. (f)Industrial arts contents will be diminished. (g)Efforts should be made to develop workable and interesting instructional units to help on the field teachers. (h)A swing has already started towards developing pupils' creativity. (i)Taiwan's Normal colleges should establish technology departments to prepare adequate elementary technology teachers. e school principal and significant members of the community were research participants. The project lasted for one year. The findings of this study include: Being located in the social context of the Han culture and under the control of the government, the Paiwan elementary school played a passive role to transmit the mainstream value and its educaitonal outcomes were disappointed. On the other hand, when the Paiwan culture became host culture, the school assumed an active role and achieved some educational goals setting up by its community. |
