中文摘要 | 本研究主要花瞭解玻璃陶瓷業之製程、用電特性及其目前參與台電公司 各項負載管理之情形,從而研究如何提昇此行業參與負載管理之意願和開發此行 業有效轉移台電系統尖峰負載之潛力。本研究發現玻璃業之製程屬連續性生產方 式,故不適合參與可停電力方案,由於玻璃業製程中窯爐廢熱可作為吸收式空調 之熱源,故應鼓勵業者在儲冷式空調及吸收式空調方面增加其裝置容量。 本研究亦發現陶瓷業因其半成品的可儲存性,故可經由調整製程以配合選用可停 電力方案。由於陶瓷業其製程中窯爐廢熱量低且不易收集作為吸收式空調之熱 源,故無法以其廢熱來發展吸收式空調;而陶瓷業亦因製程上對空調需求量極 低,故業者對裝置儲冰式空調系統意願不高。陶瓷業之球磨機因兼具用電量大及 可獨立運轉之特性,而成為製程調整上的首要目標。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to investigate the production process andpower consumption characteristics of the glass and ceramics industries, andthe degree of their joint with Taipower load management, and then providesuggestions for further improvement in load management strategy. Theproduction process of the glass industry is of continuous type, so the tradecan't accept the interruptible power supply contract. The waste-thermal fromthe kiln furnace in the glass industry can be used as a thermal source ofabsorption refrigeration air-condition. So the air-condition of thermalstorage and absorption refrigeration types ought to be encouraged to beinstalled in the trade. The production process of the ceramics is of batch type, so they acceptsome types of interruptible power supply contracts. Because of the largeelectrical capacity and its independent operation characteristics, the ball-millcan change its operation modes to fit some interruptible power supplycontract. |
