中文摘要 | 負載管理之目的係透過不同之策略與措施,以抑低電力之尖峰負載成 長,減少限電壓力。同時提高離峰用電,減少尖、離峰負載差距,進而延緩輸發、 配電設備之投資,提昇電業者經營績效。食品業為我國民生工業,87年用電量28.88 億度,依其產業特性,為一具有負載管理潛力之行業。 由於食品業製程非連續性生產方式多,故設備利用可調度性較高,適合台電實施 負載管理。然而87年食品業整體行業之離峰率偏低 (42.04),且參加台電之可停 電力戶並不多,主要原因為其時間電價用戶規模 (kW/戶)較其他行業來得較小之 故。在產業特性方面,黃豆油與味精製造業由於熱源豐富,適合發展汽電共生與 吸收式空調系統。冷凍食品、乳品飲料、餅乾麵包等業適合裝置儲冰式空調系統。 至於食品業用戶夏月尖離峰用電差距大,應多加強負載管理措施與控制技術,以 提高離峰負載,進而可抑低尖峰負載。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of load management are to clip the peak, fill thevalley ,reduce the difference between the peak and off-peak load, decreasethe investment in transmission and distribution facilities, and furthermoreenhance utility's operation efficiency. Food Industry is one of the majorindustries in Taiwan. Its annual energy consumption was 2.88 billion KWHin 1998. The objective of this study is to survey the energy consumptioncharacteristics for promoting the measures of load management. The discontinuous production processes applicable to load management infood industry are not rare. Due to their small scale, the off-peak ratio is low,and interruptable power supply users are fewer. The soybean oil andmonosodium industry, rich in heat production, are suitable to develop Cogenand absorbing chiller. The frozen food, drink and cake industries are suitableto develop ice-storage air-conditioning system. At last, the differencebetween peak & off-peak load are large, so to enhance the load managementcan shift and reduce the peak load. |
