中文摘要 | 由於彩色都卜勒血流圖不僅提供形態學上之對於眼窩內血管之認定,方 可由頻譜分析測量出血流流速。為求得一組正常可供對照之資料庫,本研究以嚴 格之篩選條件,得到90位正常志願者之參予,男性43位,女性47位,年齡自4歲 至79歲,以每十歲為一年齡層分為八層。每位受側者分別測量眼動脈,中心網膜 動脈,後睫狀動脈,其收縮尖峰流速,舒張終末流速、平均流速、搏動指數及阻 力指數。眼靜脈、中心網膜靜脈及渦靜脈可測其平均流速。再依年齡層求取其平 均值及標準偏差。檢定結果發現性別並非相關之因素,年齡則有關,特別是0到 10歲之年齡層與其他年齡層,抑或與全部受檢者之比較,統計學上是有意義的。 此外,本研究提供之數據,可作為眼球內網膜循環(中心網膜動脈及靜脈)。脈絡 膜循環(後睫狀動脈及渦靜脈),與眼動脈及上眼靜脈溯行之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Color Doppler flow imaging provides not onlythe morphological identification of orbitalvasculature, but also the spectral analysis of bloodflow velocity of individual vessel. In order to set upthe data bank for the normal control group, strictcriteriae for the selection of these "normal" peoplewere applied on 90 qualified volunteers. The samplegroup includes 43 males, 47 females, their age rangingfrom 4 to 79 year old. Subgroups were based on thestratum of every 10 year interval, there were eightstrata in total. Each person was carefully scrutinizedfor his or her ophthalmic artery, central retinal artery,and posterior ciliary artery. Peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), mean velocity(MV), pusatility index(PI), and resistivity index(RI)were measured and calculated for each artery. While for each artery. While mean velocity (MV) wasmeasured for ophthalmic vein, central retinal vein andvortex vein. These data were categorized by thestratum of every 10 year interval, then mean andstandard deviation of each stratum could becalculated. The result shows that sex is not corelated,while age is corelated. Especially when stratum 0(0-10 Y/O) is compared with other stratum, or iscompared with total specimen, the result is statisticallysignificant. Besides, the data bank provided by this studycan be a reference either for the retinal circulation(centra) retinal artery and vein), or for the choroidalcirculation (posterior ciliary artery and vortex vein),and their tributary from ophthalmic artery or theirdrainage to ophthalmic vein. |
