中文摘要 | 全國教學車業標準檢覈(NBPTS certification)係以現職教師為對象的師資檢覈 制度了以追求高標準的教學品質為重點,在美國中小學教師素質品管體系中極具 特色,近來甚至影響其他兩類師資檢覈制度的改革走向。 本文即以該項檢覈制度為研究主題,探討有關的議題。首先,簡析該制度的 背景因素、發展歷程和基本理念,按著闡述辦理檢覈的組織架構及其運作情形和 完整的檢覈體制,最後論述美國大眾對該制度的看法,並針對若千爭議,提出簡 單的評論。 此外,根據探討結果,本文也歸結出該制度對我國進行中小學師資檢覈制度 改革的幾點啟示,並提出若干建議,供教育行政有關當局決策之參考。 |
英文摘要 | NBPTS certification, focus on promoting high class of teaching quality, is a teacher certification system in in-service period. It has many specialties and also influences the developments of other two certification system in America in few years. The paper discusses some issues about NBPTS certification. Firstly, the background, progress and ideas are presented. And then administrative organization, operative results and complete certification system are reviewed. Finally, some views from general public are discussed and some commentaries against arguments are also given. According to front discusses, some views from researching NBPTS certification system and suggestions for educational administration are proposed. |
