英文摘要 | Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) system of machine tools lays emphasis on the concept of design-for-maintenance. Top priorities in the machine developing phase are put on standardization of machine parts, simplification of assembly/disassembly/repair and establishment of system reliability. Besides ILS insures that makers provide users with access to high quality service support through management and information technology. The users will receive training on how to properly operate machine, how to inform makers of machine malfunction in time and how to exercise life cycle management and maintenance of components. As for makers, ILS enables them to do the trouble shooting in the remote and locate correct maintenance approaches from knowledge base. Additionally optimized process and precise parts supply make it possible for makers to get the services job done as soon as possible. |
