中文摘要 | 本文之目標在針對一種手榴彈中引信之延期藥配方進行研究,期尋求一無毒且燃燒時氣體生成量極微之延期藥。並就延期藥之點火溫度、燃速、氣體生成量與熱安定性等方面性能進行探討,期能藉由改良其火藥鏈與組裝結構,提高其作用可靠度。經由實驗證實,與傳統引信之延期藥相比,本研究選擇由Zr/Ni(70/30)合金、Zr/Ni(30/70)合金、過氧化鋇BaO□)與三氧化二鐵(Fe□O□)組成的新延期藥配方,有較佳之熱安定性、較低的點火溫度及較低的氣體生成量。在燃速方面,則兩者相當接近。以上結果在在顯示,我們所選擇之新延期藥配方,其性能較傳統引信火藥鏈之延期藥為優。 |
英文摘要 | A modified manometric vacuum stability test (MVST) apparatus as well as differential thermal calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer were used to study the thermal behaviors of a developed delay composition system which did not used chromates. This system had burning rates within the desired range. Results of DSC and TGA revealed that the composition play an important role in the decomposition of delay composition. The peak decomposition temperature of DSC curves and onset decomposition temperature of TGA patterns considerably shifted to a higher temperature as the concentration of barium peroxide increased in the delay composition. The thermal stability of this new delay composition is quite good, based on the MVST results. |
