中文摘要 | 臨床實習是培養呼吸治療(照護)系學生專業素養的重要學習課程,學生於臨床實習時常感受壓力。本研究目的為探討國內呼吸照護系學生臨床實習之壓力源及相關影響因素。方法:研究方法是以橫斷性研究設計,於2012年以方便取樣方式選取南部某科技大學呼吸照護系(呼照系)學生為研究對象,並以結構式問卷進行基本資料及實習壓力資料調查。本研究共收集62位學生資料。以t檢定及單因子變異數分析與多重比較分析。結果:呼照系學生整體實習壓力平均為1.87分(偏向中等程度),實習壓力源前三項分別為「實際照護病人之壓力」,「專業知識與技能之壓力」及「作業及工作量之壓力」。單變項分析結果顯示,實習醫院的層級與「同學及生活之壓力」感受有顯著相關。實習期間每天平均睡眠時數愈短,實習壓力感受愈大,在「作業及工作量之壓力」、「同學及生活之壓力」及「實習環境之壓力」,有顯著相關。結論/實務應用:醫院層級與睡眠問題可能影響呼吸照護學系學生臨床實習壓力,建議學校及臨床實習老師提供相關協助與輔導以提升實習成效。 |
英文摘要 | Clinical practicum is an important course to bring up the professionalism for respiratory care students, and as a stressful experience for them. This study aimed to identify the practicum-related stressors and associated risk factors among college respiratory care students in hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of a convenient sample of 62 participants was conducted in 2012. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data on the practicum-related stress. Statistical methods, including t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe's post-comparison were used to analyze the collected data. Results: The results showed that average score of practicum-related stress among participants was 1.87. Taking care of patients was the most common stressor, followed by worrying about insufficient professional knowledge and skills, and homework/workload. The F/t test analysis suggested that the types of hospital offering practicum associated with stress from their peers and in their personal lives. Higher practicum-related stress associated with shorter sleeping time, particularly in stress from their homework and workload, stress from their peers and in their personal lives and stress from the clinical environment. Conclusions/Implications for practice: The results show that hospital level and sleep quality may affect the practicum-related stress among respiratory care students. School administrators and clinical educator provide associated assistance and counseling is suggested to promote the quality of clinical practice. |
