中文摘要 | 本研究以Tinto的大學生流失理論為基礎,探究台北地區8所私立技術學院大一學生初始承諾、校園整合、學生滿意度與流失可能性之關係,並運用結構方程模式統計分析方法驗證,藉此建構我國大一學生流失可能性因果模式。由分析結果得知,本研究理論模式與實際測量資料適配且研究假設均獲得資料的支持:私立技術學院大學新生初始承諾對其校園整合、學生滿意度與流失可能性具有直接影響效果;私立技術學院大學新生的校園整合對學生滿意度與流失可能性有直接影響效果;私立技術學院大學新生的學生滿意度對流失可能性具有直接影響效果。最後,本研究針對研究結果提出建議,以供大學校院教師及相關輔導人員參考。 |
英文摘要 | Based on Tinto’s theory, the study aims to propose a attrition models for freshmen to explore the relationship among initial commitment, institutional integration, satisfaction and the possibility of attrition in 8 private technological colleges of northern of Taiwan. In addition, the study verifies the model with latent variable analysis. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis found that, the theory model was supported by the empirical data and all of the hypotheses were confirmed as well. The results indicated freshmen’ initial commitment directly influenced institutional integration, satisfaction and the possibility of attrition. Furthermore, freshmen’ institutional integration directly influence satisfaction, as well as the possibility of attrition. Freshmen’ satisfaction directly influence the possibility of attrition. In the final section of this study, the authors propose suggestions for faculties and administrators. |
