中文摘要 | 本計畫採乙醯丙酮 (acetylacetone)衍生化法,建立準確、快速且再現性高的液相層析法分析市售化粧品中甲醛。層析管柱使用 CAPCELL PAK C18 UG120 (管徑 4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm),並採用甲醇及水 1:1 (v/v)作為移動相;流速為 0.8 mL/min;以光二極體陣列檢出器偵測,檢測波長為 412 nm。確效結果,標準曲線之線性範圍為 0.5-10 μg/mL,線性回歸之判定係數 (r2)大於 0.995,同日內及異日間試驗之相對標準偏差均小於 3.5%,添加不同濃度之標準品於空白檢體中,回收率介於 96.5-115.4%,相對標準偏差均小於 2.8%。於化粧品中甲醛之最低定量極限為 5 ppm。 |
英文摘要 | A simple and reliable high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was establish for the quantitative analysis of formaldehyde based acetylacetone derivatization. The separation was performed on a CAPCELL PAK C18 UG120 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column using methanol and water (1:1 v/v) as the mobile phase; The flow rate was set at 0.8mL/min the detection wavelength was set at 412 nm. The standard curve was found to be linear in the range 0.5-10 μg/mL, with an r2 value greater than 0.995. The relative standard deviations of formaldehyde ranged between 0.06-0.29% (intraday) and 0.45-3.51% (interday). The recoveries of formaldehyde were 89.7-108.0% and the coefficients of variation were 0.19-4.10%. The quantitative limit in cosmetic obtained was 5.0 ppm. 161 samples of cosmetic analyzed for formaldehyde, 45 did not comply with the regulation limits. The formaldehyde levels ranged between 7.3-7380 ppm . |
