中文摘要 | 近年來,企業環保的問題雖然受到大家相當程度的重視,但 Johnson 公司卻也發 現,經營單位的主管往往會抗拒公司的環保政策或措施,而此一現象被稱之為「綠牆效應」 。本研究即就資訊電子業,針對綠牆效應驗證其與企業環境倫理、企業環管整合、以及企業 環管實施情形之間的關係;同時,根據過去研究可以看到,綠牆效應並非一些單純因素的直 線關係,因此本研究也試圖深入瞭解綠牆效應受到組織那些內外在情境的影響。 在研究方法方面, 本研究首先針對驗證過程,以北部 262 家資訊電子業為樣本,每家郵寄 發出 10-20 封問卷進行調查,總共回收 32 家企業 207 份問卷,並就問卷中各變項間的相 關分析進行驗證。其次,在探討綠牆效應與組織內外在情境之間的關係時,本研究乃根據多 重參與的原則舉辦了三次焦點座談,包括產官學和民間團體共 16 人參加;接著再選擇四家 未參與座談之企業進行深度訪談,以探討綠牆效應與組織內外在情境之間的關係,最後並提 出一個整合模型。 |
英文摘要 | Although issues of environmental protection are increasingly important, it has been discovered that many business managers resist the environmental policy of their own institutions. This resistance is called the "Green Wall Effect". In this article the relationship of the Green Wall Effect to Business Environmental Ethics (BEE), and to the integration and practice of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is studied. Furthermore, the kind of organizational contingencies that may interact with the Green Wall Effect is explored. Questionnaires were sent out to 262 electronic and information companies, 32 of which sent back effective responses. The data were analyzed with a view to verifying the intial hypotheses of the research. Three focus groups were formed with a total of 16 participants meeting in a multiple consituency approach, after which four companies were interviewed so as to collect more information for comparison. The methods employed, then, were survey analysis, focus groups and interviews. In this way an integrated model of the Green Wall Effect and its organizational contingencies is constructed. |
