中文摘要 | 本研究針對一位十年資深和一位剛畢業初任幼兒教師,就關鍵時期的學期初班級 經營為研究重點,探討其經營的特性與差異、所受影響與因應之道、及各自發展階段中之問 題與需求等。觀察、訪談、和鼓勵記憶是主要的研究方法,文字記錄、反思日誌、和各種相 關文件是資料收集的來源。歸納發現,資深幼師在開學初的班級經營上,其策略思考、準備 發展、資源運用、和問題處理上確有較初任幼師成熟的地方。另外,除了課程安排外,開學 前準備、常規建立、輔導方式、及幼兒特質等相關因素都有可能影響幼師的班級經營。幼獅 也必須統整運作多方面的知能、將理論融入實際、不斷在賈務經營中發現意義和獲得經驗, 才能面對各種班級經營的問題。本研究也發現初任幼師需要引導、自省和調適充電; 而資深 幼師如果不能克服相關限制,班級經營的終極目的仍不易達到。發現結果可做為師資培訓與 發展的參考。 |
英文摘要 | is was a descriptive study, focusing on the beginning of the school year. Its main purpose was to describe and analyze the classroom management practice of two experienced and novice kindergarten teachers: their strategies and thought, influences and reflections, and difficulties and needs. From early September till end of October, total of two hundred hours of observations were applied. The fieldnotes, interviews, reflective journals, related document, and stimulated recall interviews were the sources of the data. Compared with the novice, the experienced has good classroom management strategies and performance. She thinks, chooses. prepares, and manages better. There are many personal and environmental influences affect the experienced and novice kindergarten teachers' classroom management, and they have different response as well. They both need to integrate the various knowledge and to apply theory into Dractice. Self-reflections and the proper assistance may helD the novice develop better. However, even the experienced can not achieve the goals of better learning in her classroom management practice, if she can not overcome the en- vironmental limits. The importance of the beginning of the school year in classroom management were emphasized, and the findings and suggestions were offered to the preand in-service teacher training programs. |
