英文摘要 | Tbeoretical and experimental studies are performed for the tubing method which is an accurate and reliable method to measure the dissolved oxygen in fermentation. Medical grade silicon rubber tubing (I.D. 0.2cm., O.D. 0.3cm.) and Beckman Oxygen Analyzer Model F-3 are used fro these experiments. Calibration lines for the cases of many combinations of agitation speed and aeration ratio are prepared using city water as liquid. Experimental results show that simplified Equation (17-a). (p□) =1-exK-aK₀), which is derived by theoretical analysis, is a good correlation for the reading of oxygen analyzer and oxygen tension I liquid. |
