中文摘要 | 在各級學校的教學活動中,班級經營是每位教師日常的基本工作,也是一項複雜且影響甚鉅的任務。因為它與學生學習成就、學習行為、學習態度、生活適應與人格發展有著密切的關係。 本研究主要目的在綜合歸納十一位優良教師班級經營之策略。研究對象是經由在「班級經營實施自我檢核表」之得分超過七十五分的教師,進行九題的班級經營問題的個別訪談。研究者首先逐字閱讀訪談內容並作摘要,進而對之歸類整理,以找出其實際班級經營實施之策略。希望由其中去思考,如何加強國小教育的教育理念、教學方法與技巧,並能加以融會貫穿應用在實際的教學情境中,營造一個既民主且和諧的班級氣氛,發展出一套獨特的教學風格,讓中小學生沐浴春風情況下,習得各種生活知能,培養出正確理念、態度與行為,快快樂樂的學習。 |
英文摘要 | Classroom management is one of the most important tasks in teaching. Teachers must keep their class in order so the they can execute their instruction well. A Well-managed classroom is considered to be related to students' higher achievement, energetic learning behavior and attitude, and life adjustment and personality. This study was to investigate the general strategies used by eleven primary teachers' classroom management. To attain this aim, quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The test of classroom management practical application Self-Evaluation was used to measure practical application of primary school teachers (n=206) in Pingtung area. According to the test results, eleven teachers, then, were chosen as the interviewees of classroom management questions. The transcribed oral responses were read, abstracted and classified for eleven teachers. This paper also suggested ways of enriching teacher's knowledge about classroom management techniques. It is main point that every teachers can manage heir classrooms well if they plan well ahead of time and execute the plan consistently. |
