中文摘要 | 本文之目的在探究忍受不同準確性損失率之適當甘蔗株高調查數。因參試處理為13種不同株高品系,重複僅為4次,所得結果是否亦適合於其他重複次數或單品種栽培法試驗,仍有待於研究。茲將摘要分數點於次: (一)當取樣莖數相等時,單莖取樣之損失率較全株取樣者小,可見甘蔗株高調查仍以單莖取樣效率較高。 (二)每小區抽出20、15、及10支單莖的損失率分別為15.84%、21.86%及38.73%,是欲保持85%以上的準確性,取樣莖數不得少於40支單莖。 (三)全株取樣之株高均數標準偏差比單莖取樣大,此或為兩種不同取樣方法損失率差異懸殊之原因。 (四)甘蔗株高變異很大,接近族?真平均值之樣品均數頗不容易ˇ獲得。 (五)慣用每小區調查10莖之法,結論錯誤機會很大,不但徒勞無功,全失調查意義,而且擾亂原物真相,實不如不調查而無結論之穩健,故調查必先研究適當取樣數,不容隨意決定。 |
英文摘要 | With a purpose of studying the relation of loss percentage and subsample size of the mature height of sugar cane plant, this study had included thirteen different height of sugar can strains and four replications of randomized complete block design. Whether the results from the analysis suit to the other replication number and cultivating experiment of single cane variety are still interested to research. The summary is as in the following: 1. When stem numbers are equal, loss percentages of stem sampling are greater than that of stool sampling. Consequently, stem sampling is more available for sugar cane height investigation. 2. Since the loss percentages of accuracy from the analysis data of stem sampling gain of 15.84% for 20 stems, 21.86% for 15 stems and 38.73% for 10 stems, in order to get 85% accuracy it must keep more than 40 stems. 3. The stardard deviation of mean of stool sampling is larger than that of stem sampling. This result perhaps may be regarded as the reason of the difference of loss percentage in two sampling methods. 4. The height of sugar cane plant varies widely. It is difficult to draw a sample which has a average stalk height near the population mean. 5. The results obtained from the customary method of investigation ten stems had a great probability of getting wrong information. It's investigation not only have no meaning but also disturb the exact image. Consequently, it would rather get no conclusion than make an idea unexactly. For this reason, the appropriate sampling units are necessary to study and should not be decided at one's convenience. |
