中文摘要 | 1999年9月21日之集集大地震造成臺灣中部地區六縣市嚴重之土石崩塌,為有效地掌握震災之崩塌情形,本研究應用地理資訊系統之空間分析方法,撰寫崩塌地分析程式,配合數值地形模型及衛星影像資料,評估集水區內崩塌地特性,包括崩塌地編號、集水區編號、河岸區位、投影面積、斜面面積、周長、平均坡度及平均高度等,並將崩塌地的規模及區位,其與聚落位置、河川與道路之距離進行空間分析,分析結果可作為管理機關監測及評估崩塌地植生復育之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Large-scale landslids occurred at six counties in central Taiwan due to the catastrophic Chi-chi earthquake in September 21, 1999. Geographic Information System was applied to evaluate the characteristics of landslides caused by the earthquake. This study integrated ArcView with self-developed program to extract the information of landslides in watersheds such as landslide ID, watershed ID, river segment, area, perimeter, average slope and average altitude. The information extracted from landslides can further be spatially assessed with the relative distance of buildings, rivers and roads. The system developed in this study can be used to monitor and evaluate the restoration rate of vegetation for the landslides. |
