英文摘要 | The author develops a model of relationship marketing for building employee loyalty, customer loyalty, and company performance in distribution channels. In order to achieve a good performance, the company should have loyal employees and customers. Therefore how to create loyal employees and customers the company should create a good working environment first. Thus, a company achieves good performance will be revenue growth, efficient asset management, and productivity gains. To examine and support this model, the author has gone through much of literature review and company cases such as, Sears and Southwest Airlines. |
