英文摘要 | A 67-year-old female with ovarian carcinoma received operation and chemotherapy to perform FDG-PET whole body scan for evaluation of recurrent or metastatic ovarian carcinoma. Normal excretion then accumulation of FDG in the urinary bladder will influence the interpretation of FDG-PET for pelvic lesions. We discuss how to decrease the false-positive diagnosis due to FDG accumulation in the urinary bladder. |
