| 英文摘要 | The kinetics and mechanism of thermal degradation of sulfonated polystyrene ion exchange resin was studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and isothermal or dynamic thermogravimetriy. There are three stags observed for resin pyrolysis in the absence of oxygen. The first one occurs at about 100℃ which is corresponding to the weight loss of adsorption water. The second on begins at about 275℃ which has a very quickly weight loss. The corresponding is about 30%, which main products release from this stage are SO��. The third stage is a slow chain-scission of resin polymer network which starts closely after second stage and ends at about 500℃. The global weight loss at this temperature is about 70%. One additional coke oxidation stage was found for resin combustion in the presence of oxygen. The overall activation energy of the water desoprtion and resin-network degradation stage was 82.5 kj/mole and 142.5 kj/mole respectly which was calculated by using dynamic thermogravimetry analysis. |
