中文摘要 | 由於資訊技術及網際網路的蓬勃發展,運用線上學習(E-Learning) 來做為教育訓練,已成為一種趨勢且受到企業重視。本項研究主要以Venkatesh and Davis(2000)提出的延伸式科技接受模式為主要架構,搭配DeLone and McLean(2003)的資訊系統成功模式,探討影響公司員工使用數位學習滿意度因素。研究調查採問卷方式進行,問卷對象為國內某大型上市商業銀行公司員工,問券回收整理後,再以因素分析、信效度分析及迴歸分析來驗證研究假說。研究結果發現:延伸式科技接受模式中的主觀規範、工作關聯性,以及資訊系統成功模型中的系統品質,對於公司數位學習使用者的使用意願及滿意度呈現正向顯著性影響。本研究對公司最大的貢獻,在於提供企業導入數位學習系統時之員工滿意度關鍵因素參考依據,企業除了建置與架構數位學習的硬體設備外,更需重視影響使用者滿意度的相關因素,藉由員工使用情況與建議的回饋,達到滿足員工使用需求、提升作業效率之管理綜效。 |
英文摘要 | After the technology improving and internet proliferating, E-Learning become an important trend for enterprise education and training. Many companies intend to carry out E-Learning but not very sure how to implement or what is the key to success. The purpose of this study is based on Extend Technology Acceptance Model (Venkatesh and Davis, 2000) and then joined the two variables of information quality and system quality in the Information Systems Success Model (DeLone and McLean, 2003) to explore factors of the employees’ satisfaction of E-Learning. This study is aimed at internal staff of a large domestic holding to implement paper questionnaire, the results of this study are as follows: (1) Subjective Norms through interference effects of Voluntary affect the Intention to Use of the E-Learning. (2)Output Quality, Job Relevance and Result Demonstrability showing the positive affect the User Satisfaction of E-Learning. (3)Information Quality, System Quality will positively affect the User Satisfaction of E-Learning. |
