中文摘要 | 本研究針對不同連鎖業態,包括便利超商、連鎖餐飲店、電子專賣店等 作問卷調查,抽樣台北、高雄兩大都會區,以了解不同連鎖業者對物流中心提供 之服務項目(要素)之重要度及滿意度是否有差異,並說明PEM矩陣如何應用於物 流中心對不同連鎖業客戶之經營策略規劃。主要研究結果為:針對庫存管理、輸 送品質、進退貨處理、產品因素及訂貨條件等五個物流中心提供之服務項目(要 素)構面分析顯示,只有在庫存管理構面上不同連鎖業重視程度並無顯著差異。 故物流中心面對不同業態之顧客基本上應採差異化的服務策略。 |
英文摘要 | This paper employs a questionnaire to investigate the importance and satisfaction of servicefactors provided by distribution centers. In order to investigate the difference between differenttypes of chain stores, the survey includes convenience stores, electronic appliance stores and drugstores. This study also applies the PEM Matrix to illustrate a gtrategic planning model to differenttypes of chain stores for distribution centers. This study draws the conclusion that among fiveservice scopes which are inventory management, transportation service quality, replenishment andreturning service, product service, and ordering service, there is no difference only on inventorymanagement scope between different types of chain stores. Therefore, a distribution center shouldapply different logistic service strategy tovyard different types of chain stores. |
