英文摘要 | This text expects to give student teachers practical and intelligent ways to use Classroom Management Strategies and Teaching Effectiveness in a practical approach to pre-service education, and also to assist each student teacher develop a set of Management Strategies and Teaching Effectiveness techniques because these two aspects of teaching would affect a teacher’s self efficacy and teaching effectiveness. Therefore, student teachers should make use of practical intelligence in the classroom and effectively use Management Strategies and Teaching Effectiveness in combination with human, event, environmental, and object resources in and out of the classroom to achieve educational outcomes, and the activities and processes involved in the educational objectives in accordance with educational principles. |
