中文摘要 | 腰椎活動度一直是背部評估的基本測量,但過去的測量方式並無法確切 顯示出腰椎實際動作的特性,因而影響其臨床實用價值。腰椎活動測量儀(Lumbar Motion Monitor)是一種可測得在三度空間中腰椎活動度及速度的動態測量儀,可 彌補傳統測量方式之不足。基於研究及臨床治療的需要,本實驗的目的乃希望利 用腰椎活動測量儀測試健康無下背痛國人其腰椎的活動,以提供國人腰椎三度空 間的活動度和活動速度,做為評估國人下背痛之參考資料。本實驗共有211位受 試者.男性100位,女性111位,年齡自20歲到82歲。測試動作分為前彎後仰、左 右側彎及左右旋轉三個活動面。結果:腰椎活動度及活動速度隨著年齡的增加而 遞減,40-49歲是一個臨界點,從這個年齡層開始,許多活動面的腰椎活動度及 活動速度都達統計上顯著的差異;性別只對腰推前彎的活動度有影響,身高則對 腰椎前彎的活動度和腰椎前彎後仰的最大速度有影響;而腰椎活動時發生在動作 平面外的偏移動作(deviation)值,也是以40歲為分界,最明顯的差異發生在3O歲 與40歲二組,其他組別間差異並不明顯。本實驗提供了健康國人其三度空間中腰 椎的活動度及最大速度,可作為日後關於下背痛疾病相關研究之基礎。(中華物 療誌1996:21(4):196-206) |
英文摘要 | To measure spinal mobility is a routine work during the clinical evaluation of human back problems.However, most of the techniques in the past showedpoor correlation between these measurements and truespinal movements, and gave limited clinical information. Lumbar motion monitor is a dynamometer whichcan measure three dimensional lumbar motion characteristics, but little research was found in Chinese.Therefore, the purpose of this study was to establisha database that describes dynamic three dimensionallumbar motion characteristics for the lumbar spine inhealthy Chinese adults. Two hundred and eleven healthyvolunteers (100 males and 111 females) who rangedin age from 20 to 82 years were included. Lumbar flexion, extension, sidebending, and rotation were examined. The results of the study indicated that spinalmobility and maximal velocity decreased with advancedage, and the most significant difference occurred after forties; lumbar mobility and maximal velocity inthe sagittal plane were correlated positively to bodyheight. Sex only affected ROM of flexion. The deviated movement in the other planes also decreased withadvanced age. Our study presents the results of dynamic three dimensional lumbar motion, however, howthe low back pain affects the lumbar spine motion,that needs further investigation in future.(JPTA ROC1996;21(4):196-206) |
