中文摘要 | 本研究主要應用電腦視覺技術進行香菇大小與破損靜態分級試驗,使其以後能被運用在線上香菇自動化選別系統,以提高商品價值。實驗結果顯示,影像求得香菇面積與實際面積有很高相關性,相關係數達0.987;而正面面積與反面面積之相關係數達0.986,因此取香菇反面作大小與破損檢測。破損檢測實驗對各50個正常香菇與破損香菇選別,其正確率分別為100%及92%;判別所須的時間大約在0.3至0.7秒間。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the technology of computer vision was developed for the static grading experiment of Shiitake mushrooms, in order to be employed on the on-line automatic grading system. The results showed that the area of mushrooms measured by image processing and manual calculation both had a linear relationship with correlation Hence, the reverse side was chosen for size and defect grading of mushrooms. As 50 samples of each normal and defect mushrooms were tested, the accuracy rate was up to 100% and 96%, respectively. The time for identification of image processing was between 0.3 and 0.7 second. |
