中文摘要 | 中華武術,歷史悠久,伴隨近五千年的中華文化,形成風格獨特的傳統體育運動,並發展成為具中華民族特色的技擊運動項目,即今日已列入亞運與東亞運舞台正式項目的「武術散手」。由傳統武術技擊的形態轉變成為運動項目的過程中,必須融合各種相關的研究工作。本文主要目的在於武術散手選手的訓練方面,就專項體能特徵及能量代謝特徵進行探討,並提出建議增進武術散手選手的肌力及肌耐力(包括重量訓練與輔助訓練)、爆發力、速度與無氧耐力之訓練處方。透過這般系統化、週期化的運動訓練,相信能夠有效提昇武術散手選手的專項體能,而且對於提高整體競技能力與競賽成績方面,希望能有相當的幫助,這是我們所期盼的。 |
英文摘要 | Chinese Martial Arts which have developed for a long time is a special traditional sport. The Traditional Chinese Martial Arts has become a combat contest in Olympic Council of Asia and East Asia; it is "WuShu-SanShou". Before becoming an authorized combat sport item, the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts have contained a lot of essential studies. This thesis expounds how the specific physical fitness and main energy system work in WuShu-SanSaou athletes. Also, it suggests how to improve the training and conditioning of muscular strength and muscular endurance by weight training and others, power, speed and anaerobic capacity on WuShu-SanShou athletes. With the systematization and periodization, the training and conditioning with the WuShu-SanShou specific physical fitness will help the WuShu-SanSaou athletes to enhance their total capacities and performance well in contests. |
