中文摘要 | 企業人力資源規劃是否良窳,攸關其經營之榮枯,然其人力資源的規劃,復囿於 企業的特性而迥異,至難有一成不變之法則可為殷鑒。為使企業易於規劃其有限人力資源, 本研究主要之鵠的旨在試以網路分析的方法為圭臬,使用節點、邊之關係,用資揭櫫企業在(1) 人員已固定,(2)擬設部門主管及工作人數均已確定及(3)員工彼此之影響力、人際關係設為 定數,在此種情況下,特建立一網路模式並發展一種"先追逐最有利者"之逐利(greedy)演算 法以求此問題之近似解,俾引導企業知道如何妥為規劃其人力資源,以達人盡其才、適才適 任,而能營造企業佳績,並為企業引用之濫觴。 |
英文摘要 | The successful or failing management of business enterprises depend on good or bad schemes of human resource. However, the schemes vary a lot on account of the features of enterprises, and it is impossible to set a rule for it. In order to enable the enterprises easy to map out their limited human resource, the target of this research is To try to use the relation between vertices & edges, basing on the principle, to establish a network model and to develop a greedy algorithm of "looking for the most effective ones first" to find an approximate solution to the problem. Under the following situations: (1) the number of the members are fixed, (2) the number of preparatory chief and employees are already certain, and (3) the interinfulence of employees as well as their relationship are regular features. This method will enable enterprises know how to plan their human resource appropriately so that their employees can show their best ability and do a good job. Thus, this study can be adopted by the enterprises, because it can help them achieve the successful results. |
