英文摘要 | Starting from vanillin, 6 capsaicinoids, 7a-f, were synthesized in 5 steps. In 54-58% overall yields. A standard mixture of these capsaicinoids in ethanol was analyzed by GC-MS, giving a baseline separation. Each separated capsaicinoid was detected and identified by El-Mass. Furthermore the anti-inflammatory activities of these capsaicinoids were evaluated by examining their inhibitory effects on the activation of neutrophils. They exhibited a moderate to strong inhibition of the release of p-glucuronidase and lysozyme from rat neutrophils induced with I μM fMLP/5 μg/mL CB. |
