中文摘要 | 本研究為台電公司環境保護處委託計畫,主要進行的工作包括台中電廠二號機與 林口電廠一號機之有害污染物(Hazardous Air Pollutants, HAPs)排放各兩次的檢測。此外並 收集美國燃煤電廠HAPs排放現況相關資料,與本研究檢測結果進行比較分析。同時經由檢 測結果進行HAP危害風險性評估。 研究分析結果顯示,國內HAPs排放值與國外類似機組排放值無太大差異,而ESP與FGD 對HAPs去除效率亦與國外設備相似。除此之外,亦經由HAP危害風險評估結果證實,台 中及林口電廠所檢測之HAPs排放對附近民眾的健康危害風險,均低於美國聯邦法規之標準 值。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to measure and analyze the HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) emissions from two coal-fired units, i.e., No. 2 Unit in Taichung Power Station and No. 1 Unit in Lin-Kou Power Station. We also compared the test results with the emissions from same types of units in the U.S. and performed the risk assessment. Compared to data shown in the U.S. statistics, the HAPs emissions from the target units are very similar. Also , the HAPs removal efficiencies of FGD and ESP measured by this study are about the same as the U.S's equipments. For both units, the HAPs emissions were estimated to present inhalation cancer risks less than U.S. Federal standards. |
