英文摘要 | In an M/M/1 queueing model the server after completing the service goes on vacation with probability one when it finds no one is waiting in the queue otherwise with some assumed probability it goes away to some other place (either to rest or to attend some work) thus providing service intermittently to the main system. The vacation time and the intermittently time are having the general distribution whereas service time is exponentially distributed. Arriving units are in Poisson stream. Explicit two-state time dependent probabilities are derived and important particular cases deduced. |
