中文摘要 | 本文設計了模擬人體多層穿著狀態的實驗裝置,並配以數據處理的微電腦系統,組成專門的測試系統,以討論多層針織物間溫度梯度的分布情況。通過分析,得出了一些有意義的結論:如多層針織物間溫度梯度的分布,為遵循指數曲線的變化規律;織物層數、空氧層厚度、織物的組織結構等因素,對多層針織物間的每一層內的溫度,有顯著的影響等等。用時本文在研究織物濕熱傳遞機能的前提下,建立了具備吸濕透氣功能的T、H針織物結構模型,並通過對針織物組織結構的研究和分析,成功地設計並生產出四種具有良好吸濕透氣功能的針織運動布料。 |
英文摘要 | This paper discusses the temperature gradient between knitting fabric layers. A specially designed laboratory instrument, with which is combined an analogues of multi-layer knitting fabric assembly, and a micro-computer system for data analysis are used in authors experiment work. Some useful conclusions are drawn, such as : the temperature gradient between knitting fabric layers obeys the law of exponential curve, and the temperature between layers varies with the number of fabric layers, thickness of air layers, fabric structures significantly and so on. Meanwhile, two construction models for knitting fabric are set up according to the heat and wet transmission mechanism of the fabric. Then, four kinds of knitting fabric for sportswear are designed and produced. |
