中文摘要 | 本文探討之主題為航空旅客對航空公司與航班之聯合選擇決策問題,目的在於判 斷影響航空旅客選擇航空公司與航班之重要變數。透過實地問卷調查蒐集旅客之顯示偏好與 敘述偏好數據,並利用多項羅機模式校估影響變數之係數值,得出相當不錯的結果。從模式 之結果可知,影響航空旅客聯合選擇決策之重要變數包括航空公司提供之設備與安全服務、 人員服務、航班之早到及晚到時間、票價、班機延遲時間、機上餐飲服務,以及搭機慣性變 數等。此外,本研究所蒐集得之顯示偏好數據與敘述偏好數據,二者之間並無顯著之尺度差 異。顯示偏好模式與敘述偏好模式相對應變數係數值之比值亦無顯著差異。表示以敘述偏好 數據所建立的模式可用來說明航空旅客之聯合選擇行為。 |
英文摘要 | The main aim of this paper is to discuss the joint choice decision problem (airline choice and flight choice ) of air passengers. We try to find the factors that have significant effects on this choice decision. The air passengers ' revealed preference (RP ) data and stated preference (SP ) data -were collected through field questionnaire survey. Using multinomial logit models we obtained pretty good results. From the estimation results of these models, we found the variables which significantly influenced the joint choice decision of air passengers were safety and equipment, crew and staff services, early arrival time, late arrival time, fare, delaying time, in-flight food and drink services, and inertia!. We also found that there was no significant scale difference between RP data andSP data. The ratio of corresponding variables in the RP model and SP model was also not significantly different. It implies that we can use SP model to explain the joint choice behavior of air passengers. |
