中文摘要 | 金屬玻璃或合金玻璃是指金屬或合金在其固態時,原子排列狀態最多僅處於短程 有序狀態。受制於快冷速,此類合金玻璃僅能製成約 50 至 100 μm 厚薄膜或薄片。由於 金屬玻璃具有良好的機械性質、磁特性、高磁致伸縮值與好的催化特性,所以新的發展趨勢 是朝向大塊、工程用,利用傳統澆鑄製程,生產高強度,具有良好綜合力學特性的玻璃合金 。 設計適當的合金成分是一個有效的手段。 臨界冷速已接近氧化物玻璃。大小則如 Pd �� Cu Ni �溽 �泵X金,直徑可達 72mm。三至六元合金已漸普遍。 新的合金系統與新的應 用,不斷的開發出來。部份晶化的合金玻璃,不但特性良好,也可作為奈米級材料的一個研 究主題。 |
英文摘要 | The atomic configuration for metallic glasses is merely to the short range order. The compositional dependence of the critical cooling rate of a metallic glass as well as the cooling rate during solidification is crucial in making a metallic glass. The thickness obainable by these kinds of methods is 50-100 μm. With good mechanical properties, magnetic properties, high magnetostriction and high catalysis rate, metallic glasses have become important engineering materials. The R & D trend is to manufacture bulky metallic glasses. For a proper glass alloy design, e.g., Pd�� Cu Ni�� P��,a bulky material with 72 mm in diameter has been produced by conventional casting method. Multi-component alloy systems with 3 to 6 elements have usually been developed. New alloy systems and new applications have been continuously created. The partially crystallized metallic glasses not only have good properties but have become an important topic for investigating the nano materials. |
