英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism of phytotoxic action of quinclorac (3, 7-dichloro-8-quinolinecarboxylic acid) to sensitive crabgrass (Digitaria sanguinalis) seedings. Results showed that chlorophyll content decreased and electrolyte leakage, HCN content, and β-CAS (β-cyanoalanine synthase, EC 4.4.1.9) activity increased in quinclorac-treated seedlings The accumulation of toxic HCN in crabgrass seedlings might be the phytotoxic action of quinclorac that resulted in plant death. |
