中文摘要 | 廢機油的不當處置會造成難以清除的土壤污染,本試驗以不同比例的廢機油加 入三種性質不同的土壤(老埤系紅壤枯土、長興系壤土及五房洲系砂土)中,利用NaOH或 Ca(OH)□溶液浸泡及超音波震盪以脫附油脂,並比較土壤間特性與清除率(1,(殘餘油量 /添加油量))的差異。結果發現遭機油污染的土壤僅以浸水及50KHz超音波處理2小時之清 除率不佳。浸於pH值8的NaOH或Ca(OH)□溶液中再以50KHz超音波處理,三種土壤中油污 清除率較僅用超音波者高了12至14%及4至9%;以pH值10的NaOH或Ca(OH)2溶液並50KHz 超音波處理五房洲系砂土,廢機油清除率可提高至80及60%;而浸於pH值12的NaOH溶液時廢 機油清除率則更高達87%。-般而言,單位土壤吸持油量以長興系壤土>老埤系枯土>五房 洲系砂土,土壤質地與有機質含量都是主要影響原因。土壤浸於高pH值NaOH溶液之清除率 明顯高於相同條件的Ca(OH)2溶液處理效果。三種土壤在pH值12的NaOH及Ca(OH)□溶液 中時除五房洲系清除率為87%外、其他在低油土比時都僅在30至40%左右。溶液種類及pH 值對土壤化學特性之影響應是廢機油吸脫持的因素,廢機油若能由土壤中移除,則可續以廢 水處理方式將浮於溶液表層油污去除。 |
英文摘要 | Improper treatment of waste motor oil will pollute the soil environment. Three soils were selected as waste motor oil spiked samples to examine Oil removal efficiencies by soaking with NaOH and Ca(OH)□ solution accompanied by ultrasonic treatment oily soil treated by 50 KHz ultrasonic wave in water had no satisfactory oil removal efficiency. If soaked in pH 8 NaOH or Ca(OH), solution and ultrasonic treated, three soils had 12-14% or 4- 9% hi-her removal efficiencies than those treated by ultrasound only. If soak in pH 10 NaOH or Ca(OH)□, solution and accompanied by ultrasound, 80 to 60% of oil in alkaline sandy soil can be removed. In pH 12 NaOH, 87% of oil in alkaline sandy soil can be removed. NaOH solution makes a higher oil removal efficiency than Ca(OH)□. Soil oi1 absorption ability is as follows: high soil organic matter (SOM) loam>acidic clay> alkaline sandy soil. Factors influencine, waste motor oil adsorption-desorption, such as soil pH, SOM, solution type and soil texture, were all examined herein. |
