英文摘要 | This paper presents the research at INER on improving outage management and performance for Taipower nuclear power plants. The objective of this study is to adopt the best practices form the nuclear industries for investigating the deficiency of the current nuclear power plant outage management and related activities. A systematic approach was established to assess the major factors that influence the outage efficiencies. It includes outage planning and scheduling, contract strategy and management, and performance evaluation and incentives. The evaluation results and recommendations will then be used and incorporated into the outage improvement effort to achieve reasonable outage duration. |
