中文摘要 | 為因應政府加入世界貿易組織後之農業政策,水稻田之功能將由以往之生產功能 轉變為生產與生態功能並重之產業,而本文所探討之生態功能主要有水稻田對土壤水涵養及 調蓄洪水之功能。 由本研究之結果顯示,在屏東縣崁頂鄉所選擇之試驗田區其土壤質地為低至中等塑性粘 土,在未考慮田區植生之蒸散量時,由灌水試驗得知在該田區之每日平均補注率為 19.7mm/day,而灌溉水量約有83%入滲至土壤內。利用土壤之粘粒百分比所推估該田區之 平均補注率為11.44mm/day。另外,水稻田在有植生之情形下,不但具有儲蓄雨水之效益, 亦因植生存在,而使水流之逕流速率減緩而達到調洪之效益,由試驗結果顯示,尖峰之稽延 水流1公尺需時間2.29分鐘。 |
英文摘要 | For entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), some agriculture policy of government agency should be changed. The rule of paddy field will shift from the traditional direction which is focus on the rice production only, to the direction which is focus on both food productivity and ecology maintenance. Apparently, there are short of the field data to evaluate the ecological function of paddy field now. This study will proceed a series field experiments to help us understand the value of ecological function, such as groundwater recharge, flood mitigation capability, on paddy field. The result shows that under the ML soil type, the experiment field has an average infiltration rate equal to 24mm/day that is about 83% of irrigation water. Also, under a 10 cm drainage gate designate, the results show that the paddy field can delay the peak flow discharge, and h as a time lag of peak flow about 2.5 hours. |
