英文摘要 | This paper explores Chinses cultural influences on the corporate culture of family businesses and the resulting relationship with productivity. The Chinese characteristics of familism, authoritarianism, personalism, dynamic fatalism, and pragmatic acculturation are discussed within my framework for analysis of Confucianism. The influence of these characteristics on the corporate culture of family business and their effects on productivity are explored. It is argued that the crucial factors for promoting productivity in an organization are:(1)construction of a reward or encouragement system in accordance with equity rule (2)to align individual with organizational interests and elicit the individual's motivation to work, and (3)adoption and flexible utilization of new methods of production to solve problems and satisfy needs. |
