中文摘要 | 大眾捷運系統之主要功能在於以車站為集聚乘客之基地,而利用快速且密集的運 輸工具將使用者輸送至目地的,所以捷運車站在晨、昏尖峰時段會聚集著大量的人潮,因此 車站的規劃設計必需考慮平時維持乘客的動線順暢,在緊急狀況更必需配合事前嚴謹的逃生 疏散計畫及相關軟硬體設施、設備以確保乘客的安全逃生路徑。本文主要介紹台北捷運車站 (尤其是地下車站)對於公共區逃生安全之規劃設計理念,並藉由國外捷運車站相關規定之 差異性比較,提供為探討國內捷運車站防火逃生規定改進或修訂之重要課題。 |
英文摘要 | Main function of MRT system rely on stations which provide passengers a quick access to their destinations via fast and intensive transport service. MRT stations gather massive amount of passengers during rush hours, thus it is very important in station design to maintain desirable circulation pattern as well as to provide emergency evacuation paths via well-prepared evacuation schemes and related software/hardware facilities in order to ensure passenger safety under any circumstances. This article presents the design guideline of Taipei MRT system, especially for underground stations, along with a brief comparison between related criteria for other MRT systems in the world. It is hoped to lead to an important subject to examine the possibilities of modification on local regulation regarding MRT station's fire-protection and safety. |
