中文摘要 | 為了解決需長期照護及行動不便之病人來回於醫療院所與住家所造成 的困擾,並改善醫院病床長期不足的問題,本文提出一種運用有線電視 (CATV) 網路,進行視訊及多媒體互動式遠距居家照護及會診環境。經由實驗網路的測 試,本文已建構出即時視訊及聲音傳送環境且載波雜訊比可達43dB。同時對於 生理訊號 (心電圖及血壓),已可正確地由病人端傳到醫師端。使用電子聽診器 時亦可進行心音及呼吸音之傳送。 |
英文摘要 | To solve the inconvenience of routine transportation of chronic illness and handicapped patients between home and hospitals, this paper proposes a platform based on hybrid fiber coaxial (HFC) network to make home telecare system feasible. The digital biomedical signal including 3-channel electrocardiogram and blood pressure, both are modulated and transmitted through a two-way analog CATV system. The results showed that real-time multimedia and biomedical signals communication are very clear with carrier-to-noise ratio up to 43 dB. |
