中文摘要 | 本研究擬針對K.P. Cross的連鎖反應(COR)模式作修正,以提供未來成人教育學者對理論研究的規劃及成人參與相關教育機構學習方向的指標,並藉由結構方程模式多變量統計方法來分析成人教育理論架構,及從相關性分析的步驟,以協助教育學者覺知及判定那些特定要素在成人參與學習理論研究中的重要性。參照Hair's結構方程模式分析步驟,成功地建立了修正後的COR模式,該模式的建立,提供了未來正式理論分析的藍圖與步驟。修正後的結構方程模式共包含5個潛在變項(a)自我評鑑、(b)對教育的態度、(c)目標與期待、(d)機會和障礙及(e)參與。其中,自我評鑑及對教 育的態度為自變項,而其他3個變項為依變項。結構方程模式提供開時考量測量與預測的獨特分析。特別稱此為"潛在變數模式“;因此,結構方程模式提供彈性有利的方法來同時評量測量的品質,以及檢查因素間的預測關係。從實務上的理論架構與統計原理,可知結構方程模式所牽涉的測量更具有效性與可信性,更可達到強而有力的來檢定因果理論或模式。 |
英文摘要 | This study was trying to modify the K. P. Cross's chain of response (COR) model in the foundation to provide the planning strategy on theory study, and indicatü;m of adults leaming which was occurred in relative educational organizations for future researchers in adult education. By using structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze theory in adult education, and from the steps of the correlational study, to assist researchers discem and make a decision about the importance of the certain specific factors in the theory research of the adult participate in leaming. The modified COR model was successfully established by using the steps of the SEM which was established by Hair, and this model served as the blue-print for the future empirical study. This modified SEM COR model consisted of 5 latent variables : (a) self-evaluation, (b) attitudes about education, (c) goals and expectation, (d) opportunities and barriers, (e )participation. Except the “selfevaluation" and “attitudesabout education" are latent independent variables, all other threes are latent dependent variables. SEM was recognized as“latent variables model", can simultaneously to proceed the measure and prediction ability on data analysis. As a consequence, SEM has the flexibility to provide the evaluation on the quality of the measurement, and inspection on the prediction relationships between factors. From the construction of the theory model in practice, we can know the measurement in SEM are more valid and reliable, and increasing our confidence to test the causal relationship on theory or model. |
