中文摘要 | 國內各項重大工程建設系統之繁雜,在傳統管理上常常遇到困難,就以核能發電 廠、捷運系統、高速鐵路為例。系統的研發,愈來愈複雜,這些發展過程潛藏著許多不確定 因素。許多在產品生命週期中,所產生工程變更,使得整個系統在施工、組裝、測試或運轉 時產生不相容的情形,造成干擾在所難免。為了使系統之發展能維持整體性,進為達到原設 計之目標,因此如何建立一套有效地管理模式是當務之急。 由於傳統之管理方法較不適用於上述之大型系統,本研究將以美軍軍規及ISO10007為主 ,建構一雛型型態管理模式,並將型態管理概念更進一步的帶入國內實務界,以解決目前各 工程單位實施型態管理的瓶頸--型態管理知識嚴重不足。 |
英文摘要 | Each major engineering construction system is very complicated in our country, the traditional management occurs problems very often, such as : nuclear power plant, rapid transit system, highspeed railway. The development of systems, the more complicated the more uncertainty factors exists. Many products in their life-cycle occur the engineering change, and interferences among the constructing, assembly, testing and operation. For the purpose of maintaining the overall system and achieving the original goal , to establish an efficient modular of management is the most vital mission in this monent. The traditional management is not suitable for the large system, this study deploys the U.S. military regulations and ISO10007 to establish an pilot modular of the Configuration Management. With this establishment we are able to introduce to the industry and to solve the bottlenecks which is occurred by short of the knowledge of Configuration Management. |
