中文摘要 | CO�租k條鋼YGW11因具有多項優越特性,在國內焊條業成長快速,本公司此鋼 種之訂單亦大幅成長,因而有多連鑄化之需求。YGW11鋼種成份組成特殊,為高鈦 高錳鋼種,煉鋼成份控制不易,於連鑄澆鑄時易生注嘴堵塞,於煉製初期僅能一連鑄 或甚至一爐無法完鑄。經分析探討注嘴堵塞物與成因,改善措施包括鋼液更清淨化, 鋼液氮含量控制與澆鑄氣密性等。經上述之改善,成份控制與達成三爐連鑄皆已相當 穩定。 |
英文摘要 | Because of various superior welding characters of CO�眨elding wire steel (YGW11), and the fast growing demand in domestic welding market, this kind of orders in CSC increase significantly. Therefore long casting sequence is essential for mass production. YGW11 has special chemical components. The high titanium and high manganese make it difficult to control its composition. Furthermore clogging during casting is also a erious problem. Therefore, only single cast at most can be finished at initial trial period. Based on the results of analysis of clogging stuff at submerging nozzle and the research of the formation mechanism, CSC adopts a series of approaches such as improving cleanliness of liquid steel, nitrogen content control, and air tightness during cast, etc. Through above-mentioned improvements, CSC acquires a stable quality control in YGW11 and continuous casting as long as 3 heats in a sequence. |
