英文摘要 | The top and bottom blowing pattern in No.1 BOF of steelmaking department was almost no particular change by introducing LBE process since 1985. With the demands of high quality steel products have been increasing, how to improve the blowing pattern to reduce blow-end [P] and to shorten the tapping time are the main goal of BOF operation. Based on the operational experience of blowing and metallurgical calculations, CSC has improved the top blowing pattern and the arrangement of bottom blowing elements. This improvement has made it possible to reduce blow-end [P] and to shorten the tapping to tapping time, as well as increasing the total tonnage of liquid steel production. This paper shows the outline of the key points and the operation results of the improvement respectively. |
